Welcome

WELCOME ... to the website of the IATSE Theatrical Wardrobe Union Local 769.

Local 769 represents workers in many diverse, but related fields in the entertainment industry, such as theatrical productions, ballet, opera, fashion, trade, ice shows, spectaculars, motion pictures, television, concerts and commercials.  We represent a diverse group of skilled technicians that are the best in their field, including dressers, seamstresses, costume stylists, supervisors, key and set costumers and other assistants in wardrobe departments.  We are dedicated to providing skilled workers in every field of the entertainment industry.

"For more than 100 years, we've been behind the scenes.  Since the early days of the musical, and the dawn of the film age, we have created indelible images; entertaining the world for generations. We are the brothers and sisters of the IATSE."
