We have been notified by the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) that a crew member at one of our productions which has since wrapped at Cinespace has tested positive for COVID-19 and is receiving treatment. The crew member is currently quarantined at a temporary residence in Chicago and the CDPH is working closely with us to identify and contact all individuals who came in direct contact with the crew member.
Your safety and well-being is paramount to us. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please alert your supervisor that you will not be coming to work and contact your medical provider:
·fever
·cough
·difficulty breathing
As a reminder below are preventative means health officials are recommending people regularly use to care for themselves:
· Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
· Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
· Stay home when you are sick.
· Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
· Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
